No one repair is the same and each has their own unique timeframe. When we assess your vehicle, we will give you an estimated time of completion. Even with this estimated time there can still be delays due to parts delays, extra damage being discovered etc. but we will keep you updated on this.
All of our work is covered with a lifetime guarantee for the duration of you owning the vehicle.
You are responsible for:
-Your excess, which will need to be paid by a debit or credit card.
-Contributions (on occasions the insurance company may charge for the replacement of worn items e.g. tyres, exhausts, etc.).
-VAT if you are registered. We do not accept cheques; card payments or BACS transfer only.
-Any damage to a courtesy car (if applicable).
-Any additional private work as requested and agreed.
-Any costs under the Road Traffic Act (e.g. fines).
-NB contributions and excess payments are determined by your insurance company and should be discussed directly with them.
We are only able to undertake work that is approved by the insurer. Anything extra on top of this would be subject to a private invoice. If you are unhappy with the engineers decision then please contact your insurance company immediately.
We will try and give you an accurate time for pick up or delivery.

Your insurance is usually the same as your current policy but please check with insurer to confirm.
Your current insurance policy is used for the courtesy car. You are responsible for any damaged caused or excess payments.
